We’re delighted to have Rob on board the Fivex team. Throughout his 17 years experience in commercial property, Rob has established a solid reputation with landlords and tenants across Australia and throughout the world. His excellence in service, and attention to detail, has allowed him to build an extensive network across a range of national and international companies. At Fivex Rob is responsible for all lease renewals, option exercises, expansion/contraction and new leases in NSW, QLD and VIC. Rob has a degree in Science (Architecture) and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent & Auctioneer. He has excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, so you’re in great hands with Rob managing your lease.

Genista Cotterill is a dedicated property manager with 13 years’ experience managing commercial, industrial and retail properties.  Skilled in financial management, tenant and stakeholder relationships, Genista also has a sound understanding of market conditions. Genista possesses a strong work ethic and is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service. Genista understands the value of having good working relationship with tenants. Genista has worked on the Fivex NSW portfolio for the last 4 years as an agent, and has recently joined Fivex as the in-house NSW Property Manager. This enables Genista to provide even better service and directly support our tenants. Please do not hesitate to contact Genista with any questions about your leases, maintenance issues or for a general catch up.
